I found a way how to enter the old Commandos HQ forum, you can enter it by clicking on this link:

You can control the page time date by using the bar that can be found up the page.

Some pages are missing, and some are working.

In 2010 I used a web crawler to download the forum. Unfortunately it didn't download the post from the 'Upload Files' board but I think all other threads should be there:
