When I try to start Zero hour through C&C online it just says unable to launch zero hour, If I launch manually and I go in online it says unable to connect to other players and yes I have checked the guides for the fixes but so far nothing has helped.

There's your problem.    You shouldn't use the launcher to launch Generals or Zero Hour. You should uninstall that if you're not planning on playing other games. Download and install GenTool then just launch the games from their usual shortcut. That will do all the work for you. You need that to be able to play on the ladder.

Ok, but I already have GenTool and I can connect to online and see all the servers but everytime I try to start a game it says I am unable to connect to the other players.

Presumably you're run the game as administrator and with Windows XP SP3 compatibility? What else did you try?

Just bought an extra copy of 'The Ultimate Collection' for a new pc. Downloaded it from Origins, have installed the launcher and the Gentool, have replaced the launcher files in the *origin games' folder with Bibber's fixed ones.

 

However, when i try to launch it through the C&C online launcher it says ' Zero Hour Installation not found'

Same thing happens when i hook it and try and launch it from the Origin folder.

I have tried to tick off the 'launch origin within this game' option at the Origin launcher - same result with and without.

 

How do i tell the C&C launcher where to find the ZH files ?

 

needless to say ( yet here i go   ) the game works fine played through Origin.

I have tried all the things that your guides suggested even tried port forwarding but still didn't work.
