i cant login to t3a using revora account. im sure, that the problem lie in fact that  my user id is wrong and not match with this one on revora site. (of course i dont mean profile id) so how can i change it?

You don't use your Revora account, you use your T3A account

 

First you want to login to T3A with your Revora account: https://t3aonline.net/connect/login/

 

Then you go and create a new profile as seen here: http://prntscr.com/bpk63y

i ll try to explain it a little bit more: on T3a every user has "user id" and "profile id". the "Profile id" is id of t3a account, and "user id" is id of revora account, and is able to check on revora too.  

Every player on t3a has the same "user id" on both t3a and revora exept me.

And im sure that's a reason, why i cant login to t3a using revora account.

Interesting. You do have a server account set up, including a password. You must have done this. Did you ask any admin to change or merge your profile or similar? Can you login with the game using said server account?

Try making a new Revora account and start fresh. I don't have a clue what's going on here.

Before, we don't allow multiple accounts per user so please stop suggesting that.

yea, i made server account some time ago wich worked fine, but i never logged to revora until yesterday.  And when i returned to bfme2 after some time, i forgot my and password. I reset password via revora, but after that While Trying to login to T3a on revora account  i got information that i need to activate account via confirmation email - just like in first time login. And finally, when i've done the confirmation - i still cant log in to t3a,  revora shows me as new member and my user id is wrong.

 

btw i was not able to create new accout, on new email,  because of no confirmation emails.

Stand back from creating new accounts for a while, as it will be our last solution. We're investigating.
