I need help I've tried everything when I start up C&C Zero hour it tells me something about technical difficulty I made a Options.ini folder but the issue is still occurring and I've tried running the game in windows XP service pack 2 and 3 also with administrator and it still doesn't work someone help me please.

That can be literally anything.

Tried manually installing DirectX 9.0c (look for the June 2010 redistributable)?
