I cannot connect to any other players in Red Alert 3 or any other games, I run the NATNegTest, It said that I had to portfoward so I am wondering what Port. And if I should, since solution 5a sais that I shouldn't port forward to solve my problem.

I am using Windows 10. This occurs everytime I play Red Alert 3, I'm on steam.

This is what the NatNegTest said:

Using server nntest.cnc-online.net:30000
Bound to local port 63445
Bound to local alternate port 63446
Resolving hostname 'nntest.cnc-online.net'...
Resolved server host to be '37.247.49.213'
Sending client INIT from port 63445 to nntest.cnc-online.net:30000
Received server INIT [446659]
Our public address is 81.235.238.232:65115
Sending client INIT2 [446659] from port 63446 to nntest.cnc-online.net:30000
Received server INIT2 [446659]
Our alternate public address is 81.235.238.232:61905
Sending cient START [446659] from port 63446 to nntest.cnc-online.net:30000
Received server START [446659]
Server extra port is 40000
Sending client PING [446659] from port 63445 to nntest.cnc-online.net:40000

===========
  FAILURE
===========
Failed to receive any pings from nntest.cnc-online.net:40000.
It appears your router and/or connection is not capable of NAT negotiation.
==> You will need to use port forwarding and possibly configure a static port.
Press any key to continue . . .

You shouldn't port forward for RA3. You will need to set your computer as the DMZ on your modem. You'll need to google your modem to find out how to do that (it varies from modem to modem).
