Alright, So everytime I attempt to run the Red Alert 3, I get 'Unable to run Red Alert 3' Issue.
It happens everytime I attempt to run it with with Administrator Rights, It happens. When without I get 'missing ssleay32.dll issue'
My System is: Windows 10
My game is from: Ultimate Edition, Origin
