Hello I need help on getting online because i purchased C&C3 and Kanes Wrath on steam however i wasnt able to play online so i downloaded the lastest C&C3 patch and i am up to date on kanes wrath however i wasnt able to log in so i made an account on revora and got it validated and tried to login but i still cant log into the games online. i dont know if i have to complete the scrin missions first of if its another problem but i would appreciate any support

Playing using steam

It says cannot connect to the backend server

I am playing with windows 10

Apparently I dont have a  error log or CNCOnline_Log.txt. file

Judging from that i might need to download a file or two but dont know which ones ;c

I dont have the ultimate edition but should i download the launcher fix :o

1) Don't manually patch Steam versions of the games because they're already patched.

2) This thread (which is pinned...) has the exact procedure for the Steam version.

I looked at the thread but it doesnt seem to relate to my problem as the only message i get is  cannot connect to backend server :/

Please make more of an effort to find your error log.   It will inevitably be generated if you experience that error.   The part of the thread you were directed to directly relates to the error you are experiencing.
