I don't think that's related to C&C:Online because once you play, everything happens directly between the players.
Have both of you tried reinstalling the game?

We get the freeze simultaneously, if it wasnt from C&C online only one of us wouldve goten it

Like I said, you are connected directly (not through C&C:Online) once you are playing. It's something between your games.
