Hello.

 

Here is my problem:

 

I created a revora account so i could keep playing red alert 3 online, under this login name ObservatoryCrest.

 

I used to use an email adress, but i recently decided to change this old email adress, totally spammed after 15 years.

 

 

I decided to create a new revora account with my new email adress, but with the same ip adress and the same pc. (instead of just changing my email in the "settings" section, yes i know this was stupid from me).

 

 

So i tried to play red alert 3 with this new profile, everything was ok to log in, except the fact that once in the lobby screen, nothing appears, and it was just asking me to select a lobby. But there was no lobby at all anymore.

 

 

starting being worried, i tried to relog with my first server account, but the result was the same, no lobby anymore, nothing, no players, just an empty section.

 

 

So i was thinking that having 2 revora and server accounts at the same time with the same ip adress, even with 2 different email adresses, was creating a kind of conflict.

 

 

Please tell me what i could do to repair my mistake. should i just delete one of both accounts? i know you dont delete accounts so...

So it means this is not only me.

 

So it means that maybe this is just a pure coincidence that when i tried to log with my new server account lobbies disappeared....

 

i will check later.
