Can any admin tell me why i got banned?
just for what?
i play KW with C&C:Online about one week, and today i got banned
wtf? why?

Ouch! I am sorry about that. We had an attack this weekend (Friday afternoon and this morning) and the attacker spammed probably 400 accounts. It appeared then that he had done pretty much the same thing on 31 July but had gone unnoticed. In the rush to get those accounts banned, I mistook yours for one of his.

With my sincerest apologies to you, I have lifted the ban on your account.

I am sorry to tell you that you will have to read the  Common Issues & Solutions topic under launcher issues and if you don't find the answer there, read the How to Report Issues thread (it's pretty short) and make your own topic though.

That does not help me, because I am not familiar at the moment and my English is not good enough for this forum.

I want to play again easily. Two days ago it worked still.
