Spore was not over-hyped at all. Just over-rated. And why is Fable in that list? That was actually fantastic around the time it came out. The rest? Ehh... sure.
No, #1 without question is DayZ. That crap has been buggy, barely playable, sub-par in every category, and hyped out the waa-zoo for years. And it's STILL not a finished product. Over-hyped is a very generous term to describe DayZ.
