I haven't played through the game Aliens vs Predator 2, but what are your thoughts about it? Could it become a potential movie?
Next year a new Predator movie will come out. Unlike the game AvP 2, the spinoff AvP movies took place on earth and not on a different planet.

Is there a second game? I only recall the first one from 2010, which was actually pretty decent.
And you can probably safely bet that there will be another AvP movie. They have that predator movie coming, they're remaking Alien as well, and another cross-over is more than likely.

AvP2 was one of my favourite games when it came out, it was just so much fun (but don't mention Primal Hunt. That was awful.). Not so sure it'd make a great film though.

It was pretty radical with the camera perspective on the aliens. Could make you real sea sick when you climbed roofs and the likes.
The marine campaign was always the worst part of the game, running around scared for your life.

AvP 2 is from 2001, and it's a sequel to AvP from 1999 which I haven't played. The game from 2010 is the third game but is titled as "Aliens vs Predator".
Correction: The Predator movie is coming out in february of 2018, not next year.

To clarify my comment, it's so incredibly similar to Aliens that I don't think it'd be a great film, just a rehash of it.
