I get this message whenever I try to create a new account. My old account gets the same message too when I try to log in. I've installed the latest patch and I've tried using my Revora account too, but it didn't work...

I've turned off my firewall and it didn't work

 

Note: I'm using the First Decade edition (original disc)

You haven't set up your server account.   You need to do that.
