I am on windows 10, using a steam download of RA3, and tried the windows XP compatibility fix, but that did not work. To date I have tried - 

 

-I don't use a 3rd party antivirus software like Norton

-Win XP

-Run as admin

-Both of the above at once

-The shortcut fix for problems with steam

-A full uninstall and reinstall

-Restart PC and do all the above again

 

Still getting the error. Any suggestions?

 

The only other tidbit is that upon clicking the launch button, I get in this order -

 

-Application load error 5:0000065424

-A dead RA3 intro window

-CA public key patching routine failed

Hi, please read the pineed threads How to report issues & Common Issues & Solutions a, 

Please tell me if you have tried to hook your game (I'm not sure if your "The shortcut fix " means hooking)

If you have tried hooking and even that doesn't work, please post your Error Log here.
