C&C3 TW server not response

hello,

im new here. just installed the c&c online app to online. i follow all instruction and install everything correctly. have create an account and verify my email. 

 

i want to play C&C 3 TW from steam with a friend.

 

my problem:

 

when i try to log in the game say "connection to Backend-server failed"

 

my firewall is open and all ports open. my network should be not the problem.

my system is win 10.

 

here the error report:

You should try "hooking"; see Common Issues & Solutions under "Launcher issues".

Yeah i already try the hooking. But when hooking are aktive, the game wont start.

today it came something different:

You need to set up your server account (which you have not done). See C&C:Online User Guide and follow the instructions from "Setting up your server account" onwards.

ok,

i try to follow this steps but when i try to log in on the cnc online site it come this error:

 

  • This account has not been activated yet. Please follow the activation link sent to you by e-mail.

but i already done this step after my registration. when i try to activate the account again this message come:

 

We could not find the validation request you are attempting to verify. This is likely because you have already validated your account, or an administrator has validated your account for you. Please try to login with your registration details now.
