i download the c&c generals from origin site and cant play with him on what i should do to play online and how to fix it if possible

now i have to problems...
1 c&c online patch when i open and want to enter zero hour is whrite zero hour instaled not fount  
2 get gentool in  folder zero hour and when i log it whrite pass incorrect  what to do to recover pass or to fix it to play online  please some help  :D

1) Don't use the C&C:Online launcher for Generals and Zero Hour. It even says so in that guide.

2) You can set up your C&C:Online password on the main website. To access it, use your Revora forum credentials.

ok done evrything but why  when  i log to game its say cant enter with other players?

Disable Origin In-Game for all games from The Ultimate Collection that you have installed, and install Bibber's fixed launchers. This should fix connectivity with people who have the DVD version or The First Decade.

 

Also, add Generals and Zero Hour to the exception list in your antivirus and firewall.
