C&C Generals Zero Hour - Invalid Email

I installed the normal game install and follows the steps exactly for GenTool. I made a forums account here and used said forum credentials to attempt to log into Zero Hour. I get invalid email. I made a second forums account and same thing. Need help please.

 

 

Edit: This is an Origin version, on OS Windows 10

Never make duplicate accounts, this is against the site rules.

 

Make sure your antivirus and firewall isn't blocking the connection - add Zero Hour to their exception lists. Also, run the game as administrator and in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP3.

Already did those steps directly after install, following other forum post suggestions. I made the duplicate to test if that email was the issue. I have moved to delete it since.

having the same problem...did you ever find out how to fix it?
