I am afraid that that is a known issue and we do not have a good fix for it at the moment. As far as I know, that was an issue under gamespy too. The best advice I can offer you is to try to connect via different LANs or for one of the players to use a VPN. Google for a VPN. You should be able to find one that is free of charge.

I am having issues playing online together with 2 computers which are on the same network. Network works fine and online works for each computer connecting to others, but I am unable to connect to the other computer when online. (Computers can also play simultaneously online in different games)
Have tried turning windows firewall/firewalls off.
Both comps use Windows 10 and use Ra3 standard edition (disks for both).

I downloaded the VPN and now can play without problems on the two computers.
