You talk as if 3.0 can't run on Win10 (which it can).

It can, but barely. You have to restart the game after every match.

I am very happy to listen this I love mental omega but i wait for another because i have windows 10 but now i will be can play this yaaaaaaa!!!

The error you describe also occurs on windows 8, that error got addressed by installing the newest ares version so I'd recommend downloading and replacing the ares files in the folder with the downloaded ones, I assume considering both errors have the same effect they're the same error and the win8 fix is also for win 10, let us know if it works!

Mine breaks when I use Ares 0.A> but it still functions correctly with 0.9.

It already breaks with that as well. 0.5/6 removed the hardcoded issues from cloakable aircrafts which lets them be cloaked by Chimera in air. That already is a bug.
