My friend is not getting his email and I did. I don't know what is going on.

Sorry I forgot to say his name. He gave me the email that he's having problems trying to get the activation email.

It's generally not a good idea to post people's e-mail addresses on a public forum like that, it makes them easy to pick up by spambots. Please do as ToxicShock suggested and tell us his username.

I've added the email address (taken from the profile here) to the server database but there as no registration profile for me to activate the account manually.

Phil, can you help with that and tell me what to do in those circumstances?
