Hi guys,

Getting some troubles over here. I am trying to make ZH work, to play it with my brother.

It's the Collection Edition from Origin. Running on Windows 10.

He's on a laptop, I am on the desktop. Tried to do the installation like this topic:

https://forums.revor...tion-not-found/

Still, I'm getting the Unable to Launch thingy.

When I start the game, seperatly from the C&C Online, I'm getting a d3d8dll error on the startup, since I've installed GenTools..

I did the admin stuff, but I still can't get it to work. Am I missing something to adjust? Did 2 reinstalls so far, and also got an account already.

Who knows the answer to this?

Regards,

Jacco

OK. I am not sure why this is causing a d3d8.dll error (the launcher does not use that, only Gentool does, but I've never heard of it causing an error before). However, you should not be using the launcher at all. The post to which you refer is a very old post. Since then, Gentool has taken over from the launcher for CCG and ZH. What I suggest you do is to uninstall Gentool (which should remove that copy of d3d8.dll), uninstall the launcher and then install Gentool again on its own.
