Hey guys,

 

So I played a couple of games and won the last three, but they won't add up to the win counter.

 

A familiar problem?

I guess you mean in Zero Hour (or Generals). If so, see here.

In order to access the ladder in those games for your wins to count, you need to be using GenTool (you shouldn't use the C&C:Online launcher in those games).

Thanks for your fast response ToxicShock, I am playing Zero Hour online, so I did install GenTool.

 

What are the ladder stats exactly? Are they different from the in-game stats?

So even with a new account, my wins aren't counted, only the losses.

Could it be the problem that I have two accounts?

 

It adds up a win and then pulls it off instantly.

That's right; it doesn't matter whether the account is new or not. It's got nothing to do with having two accounts (although if you have two Revora accounts, you're breaking the forum rules). The unranked stats (i.e. the stats that these games used to have under gamespy) do not record reliably. You will see that the game shows them until you log out but when you log in again, they'll be gone. That is due to an issue with the core server. The Ladder Stats are stats generated from games that count on the 1vs1 and 2vs2 ladders (they have to be played on the maps in the Ranked Map pool).
