My husband and I have C&C: Red Alert 3 on steam. The games are downloaded, installed, and are both playable but we decided to try to play online.

We downloaded the client and can interact with the launcher just fine.

Both he and I "hooked" our games and it shows a check mark in our menus.

We close the launcher and try to start the game from steam. I'm told that the online launcher that we hooked with is supposed to open but it doesn't.

I am running windows 7, he is running windows 10.

We have checked both of our computers for antivirus or firewalls that would block the launcher from opening or not allow the 2 the be hooked together but that doesn't seem to be the issue.

Any suggestions are appreciated, ty.

Here's a hint: You need to make a shortcut to the game on your desktop from Steam and start from that. Anyway, we need your error log. How to Report Issues
