You can PM one of the gamereplays fair play staff on here. For Zero Hour, the Fair Play staff are Olfi (Ka$aD on GR), Serbi, FlameIORI or Renegade12345 (-Phoenix on GR).

I always sent fair play reports here, But it says wait till an admin checked ur post, And it has never accepted

The pinned topic in the Fair Play Reports forum here specifically says that you should contact the Fair Play staff directly.
