Hello, I couldnot find any topic that is similar to what I have.

 

My problem always arise after several games that are okay. Game ends I am back into buddy list (I mean that room 1v1 2v2 and so on ..) and I DONT SEE any other players neither I see any games, nothing. I cannot switch room either, after several minutes I got notification that "You were disconnected from buddy list".

 

No matter what I do .. I cannot connect again. If I restart Zero Hour, problem persists - I can login, I can click on "Custom Match" but I am alone there, no players no games whatsoever.

 

The only thign I can do is to restart PC and even this doesnt ALWAYS help, sometimes I have to retstart PC two or three times to make it work again and then .. after several games (like 2 - 5) I am in the same situation.

 

I have firweall shutdown, Avast shutdown .. I think that everything is set correctly (as I am able to play without any problems) just this annoying problem after several games.

 

Do you have some ideas how to troublleshoot that situation ?

 

I have tried "NATNegTest.bat" and it show SUCCESS even in that "unable to connect" situation.

 

It all looks like that I dont have any problem in PEER-TO-PEER connection in game itself but with CLIENT-SERVER at the beginning.

I really think that that is a problem with your connection (or, possibly, with the way your game is running. The natneg test won't test the throughput; just whether you can receive a packet from another network in a certain way. Can you go to options and tell me the Online IP address? It could be, if you are trying to connect via a Hamachi or other such driver (in which case the online IP address will show as beginning with 25 or will be an address not on the network you use to connect to the internet), that you are establishing a connection but of a poor or unreliable quality.
