As -Phoenix1991 has confirmed this report of intentional mismatch against
Demolition-man (Revora member
Estella) I will proceed to impose a penalty. This is this player's second conviction for intentional mismatch; see [url=
Estella]https://forums.revora.net/topic/96680-estella-deliberate-mis-match-multiple-offences-confirmed/]Estella- Deliberate Mis-Match (multiple offences) - Confirmed from 2014. That conviction encompassed multiple offences. Since then, there have been many further reports of mismatch incidents involving this player that were not announced and therefore not sufficiently evidenced to result in a further conviction. There had been so many reports where this player is alleged to have mismatched while in a clear losing position that we were considering convicting him again, despite the fact that he did not make any announcement. The evidence in this case is complete and I am, to a certain extent, going to take into account the volume of insuffiently evidenced reports in setting a penalty.
For this second conviction, I am going to suspend this player's access to C&C:Online for 90 days. Notwithstanding the history, we have to remain in hope that this player can reform. Accordingly, provided that he does not attempt to gain access to C&C:Online while suspended, I will consider lifting the suspension after 8 weeks on an application made by PM to me on the Revora forums. Needless-to-say, if this individual reoffends, he is likely to be banned permanently from C&C:Online and should see this as an opportunity to mend his ways.
During the course of enquires into this case, it was discovered that this player has also been using a duplicate account,
Lemon. That account has been disabled. That in itself might well have resulted in a severe penalty.
Estella suspended from C&C:Online until after 2 February 2017, provided that he may apply to have the suspension lifted after 30 December 2016
Warning: Any attempt to circumvent the suspension I have imposed is likely to result in a permanent ban from C&C:Online.
