Ummm.. Andrew Ryan is far more presidential. Kane's pop slogan is just a vague reference to him being alive. Garrus from Mass Effect would also be a good pick, but he got shunted down to attorney general somehow.

Some politicians are better alive than dead. Kane is probably among those.
