Don't be surprised if USA government debts increase. And with more debts, more loans are required. To attract more loans, the government increases interests from the loans. And considering that US government always pays its loans (it can create more dollars if necessary), with higher interests US government loans can be more interesting that Dow Jones... at least for some conservative investors.
With the value of the dollar going downhill, I don't think Trump's tax cut will make the difference he is expecting on Uncle Sam's economy. But it is not clear that there will be a recession in a low term either. Probably on medium and long term.
