As for COVID19, we haven't got enough public information at present to ascertain the threat level; All we know, from the publicly available statistics, which we should always be skeptical about, is the existence of a flu, capable of doing what most flu strains do, kill the infirm, which is a big deal in 2020, considering the growing number of individuals suffering immunodeficiency due to medications, inactivity, or another illness. With the young only succumbing due to bacterial infections. Currently, nobody knows the mortality rate, it ranges from an estimated mean infection ratio ranging from 0.8% when including asymptomatic carriers to 18% when including only symptomatic cases from Hubei.

The general population understands the difference between washing their hands with water to remove the dirt and washing their hands with soap to kill germs, unlike the lost generation (those mainly at risk) of China, which is still mostly unable to fathom microorganisms posing a threat to their health.

So for him to state that risks are low, is only giving a sign to not panic, the opposite of the nightly news I just sat through, in which you'd think it was an impending zombie apocalypse, with them suggesting everybody go out for two weeks worth of food so they can survive it at home. Absurd and harmful suggestions are no uncommon thing to hear, but they always stir up trouble for those  poorly-informed, causing a shortage of bread and milk for my PB&J's, not to mention the unnecessary increase in traffic density. It may not be the correct statement to make, but it is a better statement than a fear mongering one, after all, the risk does seem low for now.

It was a nice keep calm and carry on conference yesterday, but this is the sum of what people tell me about.

Trump told America a 'wonderful woman' died from coronavirus - but the victim was actually a man.

The problem right now is panic buying mode, which many people decided to hurry and buy rice, toilet paper and whatever other groceries to buy if a pandemic started to occur in their area.

If the situation gets more dire and grimmer, Trump won't stand a chance and his odds of winning re-election gets slimmer.

Make America Great Again? Forget it.... because the doomsday apocalypse is near.

I haven't seen any abnormal panic buying in my area, thanks to the general distrust in major media outlets, thankfully only the older generation watches, so the bread and milk is still on the shelves. Hopefully all remains calm and pleasant for the weekend warm up we'll be getting on the East Coast.

Here is something grim on the Chinese side of things. https://www.youtube....h?v=7MFoS-M4uF0

False reports from the poor man of Asia will cause all sorts of problems for the world.

WHO has already declared Coronavirus as a pandemic. Now trending on Twitter, Trumpdemic memes and "worst president in history".

Yeah, right.

If Obama was still president, he would know what to do with that outbreak.

Looking into Politifact's site on Donald Trump: https://www.politifa...s/donald-trump/

Out of hundreds of statements he made during his presidency, only a pathetic 4% of them are completely true. More than a half of his statements are false or ridiculous claims. Trump's last true statement was from October 8, 2019.

The guys lies more than Pinocchio, but that seems like a bit of a stretch.  I could see an honest 15% of his facts being right.

Seeing that the coronavirus is easing in the US (OR NOT), guess what Trump has been up to lately.

HE'S WITHDRAWING FROM THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION.

HE'S NOW PUTTING SANCTIONS ON CHINA ON WHAT HAPPENED IN HONG KONG'S LOSING OF AUTONOMY.

HE'S NOW GLORIFYING CARNAGE AFTER ANOTHER BLACK GUY GOT KILLED BY A WHITE COP, AND EVEN CALLS PROTESTERS THUGS!

HE'S TRYING TO STOP TWITTER AND OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA COMPANIES NOT TO CENSOR HIS FREE SPEECH AS WELL AS FAKE NEWS.

The best quote of this week (possibly the year) had better be the truth.... all thanks to Taylor Swift. We will vote you out in November!

Trump now wants to ban TikTok and WeChat from the US. I guess now he hates China spying on the US.

Also with 165 days left in his term, it has been a tumultuous and a catastrophic year for Trump due to the pandemic. According to the Washington Post latest tally, out of 60 pledges, 26 promises are broken and 21 are kept, while 7 are compromised and 6 are still in progress. Right now the economy is pretty much relying on junk stock but by next year people are predicting a wider global recession. Even the rich people are letting more people to die rather to care and support for, regardless what happens to the virus that's still lingering out there, and even hot weather doesn't kill the virus.

This pretty much sums up Trump's presidency in 2020:

Tonight's debate is probably the worst presidential debate ever. Two old men bickering at each other and the moderator doesn't know how to control it.

What happens on the second debate?

Sorry but it looks like Trump is the weakest link. Too many false facts.

So Joe Biden won the presidency on Saturday, but Trump refuses to concede despite the high popular vote to Biden with over 75 million votes. His ridiculous comments on illegal voting on some states that should be recounted is the worst thing politicians will not tolerate. He hasn't gotten to the point more people are doing mail-in voting instead of voting in-person because of the pandemic!

I have a weird feeling that Donald Trump could be the next Donald Sterling.

Just wait until Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi becomes temporary CIC on January 20, 2021 if Trump continues to not leave the White House, and the Biden administration will still be stuck on transition.

Trump is the biggest loser when it comes to the latest election numbers. It's not even close. Over 155 million Americans voted which is barely half of America and I believe there's at least 400 million Americans currently living in the US of A.

Biden 81,264,673 (51.3%)

Trump 74,210,838 (46.9%)

They did a vote recount in Arizona, that Trump paid to have done to find evidence of voter fraud, and Joe ended up getting 87 more votes.  So that number is a bit higher.

Yes, the same he did to Wisconsin. Same result, more votes to Biden.

Georgia, Michigan, Nevada and Pennsylvania also have the same result, more votes to Biden.

I can't wait to see how the Georgia Senate runoff race will go in January since it will determine who will control the US Senate once and for all. I hope it all flips to Democratic.

So... with about a dozen days left in office, things took a chaotic turn in democracy. Trump's supporters attacking the US Capitol (not since the War of 1812 when the British burned down the Capitol building) while Congress was certifying Biden's electoral college win. As a result, multiple people within the Trump admin have resigned. More politicians are calling VP Mike Pence to invoke the 25th Amendment or go through a quicker impeachment proceedings, all to oust Trump out of office. I seriously doubt Trump will walk away quietly.

As of now according to the Washington Post, out of 60 pledges, 21 are kept, 26 are broken, 7 are compromised and 6 are still in doubt.

As of now according to Politifact, probably already 2020 Lie of the Year, he's getting 35 true statements, 84 mostly true statements, 119 half true statements, 187 mostly false statements, a record 338 false statements and a record 161 false and ridiculous claims!

Trump is IMO the worst US President of all time since James Buchanan in the late 1850s that started a civil war.
