Are you trying to play Generals?
You shouldn't use the launcher to launch Generals or Zero Hour. Install GenTool then start the game from its usual shortcut. Gentool should do all of the work.

FYI, It says "cannot write value debugger to key/software/Microsoft/windows NT/current version/image file execution options/generals.exe"
Wish you guys have any ideas about how to solve it. Thank you!
