I own a copy of Red alert 3 Ultimate Edition from Origin
This is my installation Process:
1. Install Red Alert 3 from Origin
2. Install C&C Online
3. Hook Red Alert 3.
4. Run in admin with Win 7 Compatibility Mode and disable display scaling
5. When I launch the game.
SS.PNG is what I see, which is not very helpful.

Asked Origin support, they said it was because I am using window 10 on a 15 inch laptop.
