It will still be active though. Please disable it (or to be safe, even remove it temporarily), unhook, delete the shortcut you made, make a new short cut, run the launcher as administrator and hook again. Try that and get back to me with your error log and let's see where we are then.

I manage to remove the antivirus, but the problem is still there.

OK. Please unhook and delete the shortcut again. This time, please run Steam as administrator and make a new short. Then, running the launcher as administrator, hook again and try that.

I can tell you that we are working on a new way of launching, that should make all this very much easier. Until we are able to release that, we will have to make do with this way. Anyway, please could you try that and let me know the result?

Okay. I already run Steam as admin and this is the result.

Started game with: "RA3.exe "

But there are certain times when the log shows differently, but still can't start the game.

---- C&C:Online Launcher Start -----
Game: Red Alert 3
Red Alert 3 Install Path: D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer Red Alert 3\
Started game with: "RA3.exe "

Glad to hear that you are working on a new launcher, it is kinda reassuring :)

If you a failed launch for any reason then try again before the game has unloaded properly, you will get an error. The second log you produced showed a successful patch. Anyway, we still have a connection problem to fix. If you get a log like the second one, you ought to be connecting to the server, at least to an extent.

Next time you get a log like that, can you let me know immediately afterwards and I'll check the server log. I suggest that you leave at least 60 seconds after a failed launch before you try again.
