Hello,

 

I am able to login to the lobby online using Gentools for Generals Zero Hour. How ever if I create a game or join a game and upon starting the match, I always get the error unable to connect to other player.

 

I have my port 16000 open and placed in the setting of the game. I have the patch.

 

Please someone help with the solution.

have exact same problem, Did the whole checklist that is posted under troubleshooting, even the port forwarding was done wich was pain in the a..    i have the origin collection

seems to be nat port forwarding problem still, can anyone tell me what exact ports need to be opened, thanks in advance

 

Right got it working.

using router port forwarding didnt work so i used telnet to open the 16000 port and works fine now
