I can get to lobby, somehow managed to play one game, but usually everyone says I have connections issues. What can I do to solve this?

My internet is fine 20/20Mb, router NAT is open, I'm at a loss.

I've enabled DMZ (which shouldn't be necessary). The connection shows yellow.

 

 

Also, I'm getting a bug trying to join a game in lobby where it won't join at all, I then try creating a game and it fails to host but seems to reset the menu button that diseappear when trying to join.

Is your Kane's Wrath from The Ultimate Collection bundle? If yes, you should install the fixed launcher for The Ultimate Collection.

It is not. I have since been able to play another multiplayer game, although it was very laggy. I don't know why it works/doesn't work.

Can you make sure that your game is using the right network interface?
You can check it inside Network settings of the game, if the "Online IP Address" show something line 192.168.x.x or 10.0.x.x then your game is using a right network interface; If there are other IP address (for example 25.x.x.x), then you may need to quit software like Hamachi.
