Red Alert 3 (Unable to connect to Backend Server)

I already do the re-installing it and the log still not appeared even i already checked or scan the folder to seek the CnC Online log but i can't find it.. It's weird

 

Not to mention i can't launch the game through C&C Online Launcher itself.

 

Update:

Manage to login.. I have to remove the GameSpy IP Address for that at Options.ini for RA3, please add it to Common Issues and Solutions

 

Some cases, need to remove.

 

GameSpyIPAddress = 0.0.0.0

Hello, i'm having a problem to login in game and there are some issues;

1. I already run through C&C Online and even through the Icon of RA3 itself and still can't login (Should i unhook it first then hook it again?)

2. My program doesn't have C&C Online log

3. I'm still using Windows 7 Pro for this

4. I already install the fixed C&C Ultimate Collection and still not working (Since i have Ultimate Collection)

5. Origin in-game already disabled and yet still cannot connect

 

Anyone can help for this login issue?

I think you have to get some patch of some kind. I am not sure my self on how to get pass this. There is a site called C&C online. Hope this helps

Sometimes i run through that and i already got the patch but it still won't connect.

If you really are not creating a log, then you need to uninstall the launcher and download a new copy from the C&C:Online web site.

I did went through nstructions and it didn't work.. The log also didn't appear as well..

Not to mention if i play through C&C It was said unable to launch the game

Really, if you are getting that message, you must be creating a log.     Please could you check that again.   It might help us tell you what you're doing wrong if you tell us what else is in the directly where you are checking for the log.
