Hey guys,

 

I'm pretty desperate. I installed Commandos II with the 1.20 Patch on Windows 10. Everything worked fine except three missions that caused the game to crash with the "Comm2.exe stopped working"-Error.

 

These are:

- Silent Killers

- River Kwai

- Last Bonus Mission

 

They stop loading midway and the game freezes until the error occurs...

 

I had to skip them via cheats.

 

I already tried to reinstall the game and play in compatibility mode and as admin without any changes. The game still crashes. Same with the "Destination Paris Mod" and there occurs something bizarr. Every mission that takes place on the maps of Silent Killers or River Kwai causes the game to crash.

 

Is there anyone facing the same problem?

We have released the Mod 1.43 and fixed many bugs so you should try the mod instead of playing the very old version. BTW, there're many interesting missions waiting for you

Maybe your regular commandos 2 install is corrupt
