Strike Force mod for Commandos BEL

I have now finished V1 of my Strike Force mod for BEL. This mod replaces all the old commandos characters with the Strike Force ones (other than the rescue characters such as Pliot and Prisoner).

 

Info about mod:

You must now tackle the game with only 3 men, but now they each have more abilities.

 

The Strike Force Green Beret (hotkey 1) has the power of the old Green Beret and the Sapper.

The Strike Force Sniper (hotkey 2) has the power of the old Sniper and Diver.

The Strike Force Spy (hotkey 6) has the power of, well the spy... :D

Both the Green Beret and Sniper can drive, Spy can't for difficulty reasons (will make some mission like mission 7 or 11 as an example too easy).

 

Contains all the voices from strike force and music, and also a new interface I made.

A difference I had to make was on Mission 7, with only 3 Commandos I had to remove the wired barricade so the Green Beret can cross.

Installation:

To install this mod, go to Commandos BEL directory, rename DATOS folder to DATOSBAK and WARGAME.DIR to WARGAMEBAK.DIR. Next copy the DATOS folder from the zip file to your COMMANDOS BEL directory.

 

To uninstall mod, go to Commandos BEL directory and delete the DATOS folder. Next rename DATOSBAK back to DATOS, and WARGAMEBACK.DIR back to WARGAME.DIR

 

Known bugs:

When use sniper inside the boat, is impossible to undo the sniper scope, only solution for now is dive into water then back into the boat.

Plans for future versions:
Fix any bug
New photos for when commandos enter building/vehicles in backpack.
Possibly more mission changes for more gameplay difference

Maybe make another for BCD or C2
More Strike Force sounds maybe

New sprites for commandos

Be smart... be quiet... be a fucking nuisance. :) How many sounds did you use? I see only the six MAMV0x and MANM0x sounds as "confirmation" so to speak.

The new figures' icons are much clearer.

Yeah well i replaced all the voice files for gb/sniper/spy. And other sounds i changed are music, alarm sound and bomb sound, was also thinking to use strike force gun sounds but couldn't find them in strike force files

When I first played BCD I was pleasantly surprised by the pistol's sound, not the sound recorded from a damp firecracker they used in BEL. I don't remember the SF gun sound.

Do you think the contents of the backpack can be replaced with transparent images? And maybe even (much of) the top bar?
