Chaning nuclear missile zero hour

Please can someone help me.

I try to make that the Nuke work as the scudstorm 

 

But it only fires stil one Missile do someone how to do it :)

Here is what i have done in Weapon.ini

I have changed in to the Nuke storm form contra but stil wont work   :sad2:
So any help is welcome :grin:
