Hi. Im having a problem with the game. When playing an skirmish or campaign game, when I press the menu button the game freezes. It also freezes then I finish a mission.

 

Any ideas?

Guys flickering/refreshing bug when moving trough map on windows 10 is normal thing?
I use TS-Draw render - as far as i remeber other renders wont work to me , graphic problems or really slow gameplay.
My resolution is 1680x1050, ati card, lastest drivers - maybe i need to setup mo via control center hmm?

set Run as administrator for gamemd.exe, Syringe.exe & MentalOmegaClient.exe

and set gamemd.exe & Syringe.exe to XPSP3 from the compatibility settings

That wont help i have this done from beginning, its like bad AntyAliasing or refreshing.
I try to setup it via ati control panel.

And by the way , if someone experience problem with XNA , you probably have Windows K or KN without preinstalled Windows Media Player and some Audio/Video Codecs.
You will be needed to install Windows Media Feature Pack update proper to your Windows version 32/64x and to update that you installed.

well I had the same problem as you and I did every step you did and it got fixed, but I usually disable windows update because they are problematic for MO and even other games

Does anyone still have any idea how to get rid of the black screen on the vanilla games?

I'm having an odd problem with the game if anyone could help. I've installed the game and managed to play a full Skirmish battle. After turning the game off and then back on it no longer plays properly. I can get into the main menu and enter the Skirmish menu and prepare a battle. After clicking the Launch button the screen closes like normal but instead of going straight to the loading screen the Skirmish menu screen comes back up as if the battle never even started. I have Syringe, gamemd.exe and MentalOmegaClient all set to admin start-up and Windows XP SP3 compatibility.  Any help would be appreciated, the game is amazing. Atleast going by the one battle I've played.

Ah, that's gamemd-spawn.exe, not gamemd.exe, they're different things. gamemd-spawn.exe afaik is the one you get from CNCNet 5 Yuri's Revenge client while gamemd.exe is the one you get from the game's installation.
