Speaking of Unthinkable, once the Paradox Engine destroys the Epsilon's base using the Time Freeze Ability, you won't be shrouded quickly and you can see how the Allied Base is deployed, then they'll magically sell there conyards and has no power (for some reason). Along with it, the entire allied fleet remains unlike before (where they'll disappear) and making the mission possible to fail if just before the player is able to control Libra if too many Carriers and Battleships at north. Oddly, there's a shit ton of Charon Tanks above the Eastern Allied Base's ramp (like 8) and I have no idea why they're there...

Am I the only one who experienced this?

The naval unit is originated from the Allied navy reinforcements that appeared midway through the mission, a new trigger in 3.3.4.
As for Charons, it is set up to force player to focus on completing the last mission objective, as the eastern base site is not the location where the mission must go.

I know , but it's so hard to even manage if too much of them remained. I hope they get deleted once Libra arrives (because 7 Aircraft Carriers and a 2 Battleships deals so much damage that Libra is down to 1/4 health). Thanks that a single use Rage exist...

For the Charons, they only clump up near the ramp from the eastern base to the lower-right side of the former HQ Base. This is odd for me since other alternate routes don't have that many Charons, even places you shouldn't even visit. IIRC, in Med difficulty, I didn't even saw a single Charon. Either Libra destroyed it or it's bugged, I have no idea.

Kind of a random, tiny detail thing, but now that the Latin Confederation flag exists in-game, will it replace the Cuban flag in all the missions? Cuba doesn't seem to be it's own nation anymore, but part of the larger Confederation. So it would make sense. Unless it's more like the Euro Alliance where the nations all still seem to be independent and have their own armed forces, but share equipment.

The flags in the missions which locations are close to Cuba may won't be replaced, and the Cuban Flag in Killing Fields will obviously never be replaced.

I just notice that in MO soviet invasion is started at 1982 while original RA2 is started at 1972.

Maybe this explain why MO tech is quite more advance that original RA2.

Just now i came up with a question about Alaska. The location of The Great Beyond is located in the south-facing area of Alaska, and there are no Americans in this mission. So, in the Mental Omega universe, is Alaska still a US territory or has always been occupied by Russia?

Russia sold Alaska to America in the 1800s, but moving from Alaska to Russia isn’t a very long trip anyway so it would be very easy to overrun since it’s also one of the states with a lower population, so the mainland would take priority.

Just now, Speeder announced that "Tracks from 'Nobody Asked For This So I Did It' will play during the final events of Mental Omega Act Two".

Anyone have thoughts about it?

Personally, I'm almost afraid of the ending of Act 2. I might overhype it inside my head and let down myself. On the other hand, I'm also almost more curious about Act 3, because that can go anywhere and I feel it will be very different.

I feel the track "Awaken the Giant" might be played during the Allied mission Withershins or Hamatria....that ominous intro makes things seem like they're about to go pretty bad.

Probably it's just zoomed. Look at the units around the tower, they got bigger too.

Then it's clear that the MO Device will appear in 3.3.5. Can't wait to see how the endgame of Act 2 looks like.

No Shadow Tanks appear in this image, while there's a lot of Marauders instead, which shows that the Epsilon HQ/PsiCorps forces in the image are enemies (you cannot see enemy cloacked units directly).
