It has an AoE attack. AoE for a pad aircraft = evil.

Why so? Engine problem?

Was there any chance the ini files could be released with each version of the mod for independent use? I never play online, but I don't believe those files can be used for cheating in online matches unless everyone has the same modified rules file.

There's a multitude of reasons why the .ini files will never be released, presumably not until the mod is done (and even then I doubt it). Spoilers and Cheating are the two big ones; people can still cheat, even without the ini files being distributed publicly. Having them available to the public would just make it more rampant.

some values are client-sided, which allows the match to continue with little to no risk of desync

This is what allowed some people to train Paradox Engine in multiplayer games such as this

Haha shame about the desync, I think that tank blob would have raped the cheater's base.

Nah, he got Apocs, Yuri Prime, Cyborg Boris in a Centy (which snipes everything, including air), Grumbles etc. etc

Plus Topol M nuclears and long range Paradox Engine are BS

He should have built Prism Hoplites too. That is, if his weapon can be activated without causing desync. That thing is like a walking Paradox Engine.

Why so? Engine problem?

Because with enough of them, you can fly around everything, one-shot an entire group of tanks, and fly away safely.

If the mental omega device is in game (allied campaign hints this) and if it is activated, could it be that in the foehn campaign (if there is one, other than origin), there is psychic storms - waves of psychic energy. Like ion storms in tibiran sun.

This might seem a little pre-historic.... but the Soviet Conscript needs some changes....

Soviet Conscript is just too weak.

One of the following would be nice....

1) Increase the damage against all units.... Decrease damage against structures....

2) Increase attack speed AND increase range by 1 cell.

3) Allow Soviet conscripts to multiply while inhabiting civilian structures... maybe one for every in-game minute.

4) Allow Soviet Conscripts to befriend all civilian infantry units throughout the map, recruiting them into a Conscript.

5) When a Soviet Conscript kills an enemy unit, he gives a buff to his surrounding friendly units to increase their attack speed by 5% for 30 in-game seconds radius of 10, this effect is stack-able 5 times with a refresh occurring on each stack upon the blessing of the stack.

6) Same as 5, but with movement speed.

They are supposed to be trash. That is my guessing. Since the only buff they ever received is a +0.5 range. Which made them less lame against dogs but pretty much the same against everything else.
Since Soviet t1 infantry is supposed to be trash Soviet armor should´ve more powerful. But Soviet basic armor isn't that good.
Soviet t1 units receive a lot of HP for what they cost so you are supposed to spam and overwhelm. It would be nice if they add some changes to make this more doable -basic armor building time bonus or something like the reinforcement mechanic I suggested previously.
Right now your goal is to rush T3 as fast as you can.

Yep, that's exactly what Soviet conscripts were famous for.

Conscripts are already dirt cheap, making any special means of boosting their numbers redundant and not really worth while. As for balance, conscripts aren't supposed to match anyone in a 1v1. That's why you zerg rush a bajillion of them.

There is one good thing about conscripts.

They walk faster than the Aerial Fortress Irkalla can fly

The rushing of t3 is why we need more diversity between all t1 and t2 units.

Making a couple quirks and buffs will make this experience much better.

That's 2972 rubles, I think a lot more expensive in Russia than you think. :V
