We can go with middle ground and do this : Bloatick Trap spawns a tunnel, which if let alone for 2/3 seconds, will spawn 3 bloaticks. We can decide whether the tunnel should be invincible and only act as further warning, or we can make it deniable.

That way it can retain it's lethality towards the unaware but is still less of a 'click here to delete units' power. How about that?

 

I think it making it invincible wouldn't be broken. We would end up with the same support power as before, except with the delay that makes the power less annoying. 

 

If you make it deniable then it completely removes the ability to drop the bloaticks near the enemy army. You wouldn't be able to do something like drop Bloatick Tunnel in the enemy's escape path to do a pincer attack. which hurts the support power too much imo.

from what I’ve heard, when deployed it will have an aoe raccoon effect in a radius, as in disable vehicles in a radius.

I am very concerned about this, assuming the speculation of it Being Coronia-only and being a weapon disabler is correct.

Coronia do not have problems attacking units, their anti-unit equipment is top-notch, particularly the ever-obnoxious Roadrunners.
Coronia cannot counter turret spamming and cannot siege.

This does not help them with fighting Turret Spamming or Sieging, therefore they do not need this in any shape or form.

Everyone seems to be arguing over how Yunru came into such a position of power,

yet nobody is willing to explain how Rahn's weapon is able to teleport a pair of shorts.

If anything i’d Give a unit like that to Haihead, but even that’s a stretch.

*Foehn with their 5th epic unit, meanwhile the allies with no skirmish epic unit available* (not saying that allies need an epic, just joking around)

Perhaps the Orcinus will use the Tiberian Twilight unit, Aftershock's voice.

 

Also, Some unit images on the official website might reqested to be updated (Hummingbird, Demolition Truck, Stormchild, etc.)..

Actually, some of Foenh EPIC Unit may be allied at the first place(like Harbinger) but yeah cause from story line and balance reason.

Well Allied/Chinese/Scorpion Cell, story reasons I can accept, balance reasons seem sketchy to me, Coronia certainly does not need the harbinger to do a lot of damage to their foes, while the boidmachine can decimate an army of it hits, I know for a fact that most last bastion players are probably better off using their reasources for another mastodon, this new epic unit is able to completely screw over an entire army when Coronia’s arsenal is already incredibly competent. With how competent the general Foehn arsenal is, I don’t see much reason to give them more epics when they’re ahead of the other factions already, would much rather see some of these as campaign exclusive for the 3rd act.

Don't forget Raccoon weapon disables can affect defenses as well. Assuming the Waveshaper can also take down defenses, then it completely fills the niche that you just described.

Okay, sure. Maybe practically it doesn't do what it needs to, but that's a separate discussion on how to tune this unit to fulfill its role.

The point I'm trying to make is that this unit isn't an unnecessary MP addition. It has a clear role and it addresses a glaring issue that Coronia has: sieging and countering turret spam. Whether it not it actually accomplishes that, is again, a separate thing entirely and we need to actually play with it to see if it addresses the issue.

Even then, another epic unit edges the balance toward the foehn being the better factions and I really do find the new epic unit unnecessary for an already good faction, assuming coronia doesn’t face some sizeable nerfs.

Just because it's build-limited does not mean it's an epic unit. It's a tool that you only have a limited amount of to use, like the Stalin's Fist, Iron Guard etc. You'll get two of this one tops.

Talking about epic units, I think it would look better if trainable epic units like Centurion and Irkalla use the heroic insignias with skulls like heroes do. The same goes for Paradox Engine in the campaign.

They had those very long time ago for a moment, but the insignias have been removed ever since. They are not equal to heroes.

Ok then, even if though isn’t an epic unit I still have my qualms with it, as I mentioned, coronia has a very competent arsenal overall, and I don’t feel that the windshaper will do much to help cover the weaknesses that coronia does have, not to mention that overall I feel that this will give coronia too much of an edge without some considerable nerfs, all while there are factions that are slightly underperforming that could use an edge.

Speeder, I made some tweaks to Fin's weapon, which you may concider. And if you finally read my messages, you can see how I did so. Besides - I did some tweaks to already hidden things, made some of them actually usable in practice. Unless you deleted messages like a regular spam.

Also, yea... I hope you read the other messages. Including map review.
