Why? Other modes can be adjusted as desired.

Seems that many players are bothered by some incorrect units gained after capturing enemy buildings. Though most don't have a solution, fixing the problem between Desolator and Eradicator is very simple.Add a new word "SOVTECH3" in the [GenericPrerequisites] column of the rules file, then label it as Palace and Battle Lab, just like SOVTECH2. Then, use it in the Desolator prerequisite, and then change the corresponding part of Eradicator directly to Atomheart. Next, delete the related statements of the restrictions of the two. Do so will let additional Deso & Erad's RequiredHouses/ForbiddenHouses never be written in mission files any longer. Brilliant.
There is an easier way to do this, if Eradicator can be seen as a strictly superior version of Desolator and replaces it. Desolator can keep its current prerequisite structures but get "Prerequisite.Negative=" for Atomheart so that whoever has an Atomheart gets Eradicator instead of Desolator.
Similarly, it's probably better for Epsilon Adept to get "Prerequisite.Negative=" for Psych-plug since Epsilon Elite already has "PrerequisiteOverride=" for it.

So I've just noticed that when you're playing as Epsilon HQ, there are duplicate Shadow Tank icons to use. Entirely intentional, it seems, as one of them creates Shadow Tanks that are already on hold-fire mode. The thing is... that both Shadow Tank icons have exactly the same appearance, and on a first sight it's impossible to notice which one is the hold-fire-as-default version and which one isn't.
I don't know if it's possible, since they are after all the same unit, but if there were the possibility to give them slightly different icons (e.g. giving a red X to the hold-fire-as-default version), it would help differentiate.

It's a future campaign-exclusive building, that is all I can say.

Well, it definitely seems like some kind of factory, it has a gate, and the floor could be a conveyor belt? My first thought was that the Centurion and the Stalin's Fist will get their own factory, but if it's campaign exclusive, I guess that's wrong. Maybe it's a Grinder-like structure for the Soviets.

Its name is "Reclamation Facility" in game files. Maybe some kind of reserve-engineering factory.

Can the standard damage of flame clouds be buffed against defences? I just realized that arsonists can't kill t2 and t3 defences with 1 charge. The standard repair is enough to survive the fire.

A few days ago I saw the feedback from a player who majored in architecture: After investigation, the visual model of the Kanegawa Headquarters came from a building in Atlantic Coast, a Nod mission in Tiberium Wars, and this building model was directly used the appearance of the Jubilee Church in Rome. He believes that even if it is third time of using this appearance, it is not appropriate without label the source of the image, and even has the risk of infringement.
