We still need to get the information for Act 1's missions done. Half of these barely have any text.

Something I've been wondering for a while, actually
Why is it we're calling the war that takes place during Act 2 the "Mental Omega War"? To my knowledge, there's been no outright confirmation that the Mental Omega Device will be the Epsilon Endgame in Act 2, or even if it's going to be present at all. It seems like a name that was born off assumed knowledge. I kinda feel like the conflict should be referred to as the Epsilon Insurrection conflict, or something else.

This.
There's still no mention of the Mental Omega Device, maybe the war is driven by something else?
Let there be light!

Well I can't change the title of the page so I'll have to wait until an admin does it.

Speeder called the Act 2 conflict the 'Mental Omega War' in a pre-release news bulletin. Any registered user can rename pages, not just admins.

The Act 2 Epsilon final mission is called "Babel" and will most likely refer to the Mental Omega Device. Even most of Foehn's unit descriptions mention that the entire world has been mind-controlled, and the only device capable of doing so is the Mental Omega Device.

That's anything but concrete argument. It probably is... in 2.0. But how would you know that will also be the case in 3.0 or let alone 3.3? The story got retold and everything, how will everybody but the Mentalmeisters themselves be sure if there will be a Mental Omega Device in Act 2? It could be a device named differently but similar purpose. It could make its' debut in Act 3. But how can we all be sure about all this? Even Speeder said that there still will be subjects to change. The Act 2 Epsilon final mission is called "Babel" and will most likely refer to the Mental Omega Device. Please, let's not play fortune teller and stick with facts as told, not as people have assumed.
As for the name Mental Omega War, confirmed. Speeder himself mentioned the event as Mental Omega war.

The device itself is present in the game, but so are plenty of other things that didn't get used - for example, the Perun. The argument I was trying to make was that we shouldn't assume that, just because the Mental Omega Device existed in 2.0, and was the Epsilon endgame there, that it'll be the Epsilon endgame in Act 2 of 3.0, and that naming the war off of that assumption would be faulty. Even the fact that there are extreme and heavy references and implications to the existence of the device isn't substantial replacement for concrete proof, even if it's 99.99..% certain that this is what'll happen.
However, this point is moot now, since it was pointed out that Speeder himself called the conflict in Act 2 the Mental Omega War.

It is suggestion mostly for the game and only indirectly for the wiki, I'm not sure if it fits this thread.
I have just read the page about The Conqueror mission and noticed this:
- The Kremlin's Heart building that appeared in RA3 also makes an appearance in the mission.
- There is an Easter Egg with the previously mentioned Kremlin's Heart. Once the player destroys it, the Wolfhound escapes. It's a reference to the 8th Empire mission in Red Alert 3 called "Crumble Kremlin, Crumble".
It was called the Kremlin's Heart in the game. I remember the thread about renaming Yuri's island when someone actually found a real-life island at that location on the world map.
Maybe it would be better to change this building's name to its real life equivalent, Palace of the Soviets, in a future patch for MO? Kremlin's Heart makes little sense.

I've updated the rest of the wiki's policies based from the CnC Wiki ones. Feel free to discuss about it and be sure to adapt to the new policies.
The main page has been also updated to have a better look and includes a polling on favorite factions.

I can start filling in the technology sections for the factions. They'll just be brief descriptions of what each faction uses in their arsenal.
EDIT:
Here is an example of what a technology page could look like. I'm not quite sure what "technology level" means. I just listed the different kinds of weapons being used, based on the missions and units.
Some of the Allied technology was harder to write than others. There isn't much to say about lasers for example, because it's a very straightforward concept, whereas chrono technology has a variety of different uses, each of which may be worth mentioning.
Lasers
The Allies, primarily the American forces, make use of lasers to burn through infantry and armour.
Orbital Satellites
Spy satellites support Allied forces by providing valuable intel on enemy movement and base camps. The Americans have developed the Mercury Satellite equipped with a powerful laser cannon for precision strikes.
Chrono Technology
Originally designed by Albert Einstein and eventually weaponize by Siegfried, Chrono technology takes on a variety of forms. Chrono technology can be used to instantly warp Allied Forces from across the globe or teleport structures to reorganise an Allied base. It has also been used offensively, such as the case with the Charon Tank, which can erase enemy units with its powerful neutron cannon. More exotic applications of this technology comes from the Paradox Engine, a massive gunship that freezes time. The Paradox Engine was so powerful, that it had singlehandedly swung the Mental Omega War in the Allies' favour at one point.
Prism Technology
Developed by SteinsTech, Prism weaponry concentrates light into a beam that can easily slice through armour and ignite infantry.
Weather Control
European scientists at SteinsTech developed a means of manipulating the weather, allowing their Thor gunships to call down bolts of lightning to smite their foes. Weather manipulation seem to have come to its pinnacle when the Weather Control Device, the Allies' superweapon, was completed. This device creates a destructive thunderstorm at the target location.
Mirage Technology
Mirage technology creates a false image to conceal Allied units. Essentially, armoured forces can turn into trees.
Adaptation Systems
The Stryker IFV, Archon AMC, and Tsurugi powersuits use a complex adaptation system that allows pilots to interface their weapons and reequip IFVs with new weaponry. This allows the different subfactions of the Allied Forces to mimic units that they otherwise would not normally have, e.g., a siege cadre in a Stryker acts as a pseudo-prism tank.
Cryogenics
Exclusively used by the Pacific Front, thermal inversion technology induces freezing temperatures onto enemy units. Victims of a cryogenic beam are slowed to a halt until they become brittle and break apart.
Force Shield
The Force Shield is exclusively used by the European Alliance. The Force Shield generates a barrier that nullifies any damage to buildings affected by it. Several Shield Commands were seen in London in Godsend, generating force shields onto nearby buildings. Presumably, these barrier were a defensive measure against the Soviet Forces.
Communications Disruption
The Allied Forces use gap generators to block out their bases from enemy radar. This allows them to conceal their movements and carry out covert attacks without the enemy knowing. Furthermore, to further their air superiority, the Allies have developed the Black Widow, a stealth plane which disrupts enemy communications to provide cover for their jets.
Robotic Drones
Although the use of robotics is relatively common between the four major factions, the Pacific Front, in particular, specialises in the use of disposable support drones. To access the most advanced features of their arsenal, the Pacific Front must construct Robot-ops Center which also serve as deployment facilities for their Zephyrobots and deadly Hunter-Seekers.

Then why not call it "Ypsilon"? Not only is the upper case form of the Greek letter in question written as "Y", the first vowel of the letter's name is actually pronounced "i" in Greek, as opposed to "u" or "yu" as in English. It also matches nicely with Yuri's name. This brings up an age old question: Why are they called Epsilon anyways? One would think it should be Upsilon.http://moapyr.wikia....ki/Epsilon_Army
Epsilon and Upsilon are different letters
Because Upsilon sounds goofy as fuck. Instead of sounding mystical and regal like Epsilon, it rolls out the tongue like the name of an alien race from a shitty Star Trek ripoff. /s
Do I have clearance to swap this explanation in place of the one currently on the wiki article? It occured me that the name is inspired by the "Epsilon Group" from GTA: San Andreas and later GTA games. This brings up an age old question: Why are they called Epsilon anyways? One would think it should be Upsilon.http://moapyr.wikia....ki/Epsilon_Army

I don't think that that information is outright confirmed. Epsilon is just a Greek letter, and I doubt that any external game inspired it. Once more for future reference, please refrain from adding unconfirmed information to the wiki; unless Speeder or someone else on the team has directly said or confirmed stuff themselves, then do not put it on the wiki.

D'OH! I somehow forgot that site existed and thought you were referring to the wiki. Thanks!
... So, since you're a member of said team, any official word on why you guys chose "Epsilon" as the name of Yuri's faction?
