Hello, I was wondering if anyone has the download link to an older version of DP. The reason I ask is because on the latest version the TR missions are way too hard to be "TR" levels, I just about managed TR3 which I had to watch a video to pass, but TR4 is a joke. I struggle to get out the start even after watching a video. This made me uninstall the mod as the TR after looks impossible too. These missions seem to be designed for commandos pros only, so why are they training? And I'm not a fan of using cheats. I want the old version where it only had harder versions of the regular missions, then any fan made missions came after.

BTW Using cigar and vine bottle for neutralizing patrol is the basic skill for winning many missions. I call the tactic is TR3 tactic because I 've seen it in TR3 mission first (before that there're many missions that I thought they were impossible missions). When you familiar with TR3 tactic, I'm sure you'll win many missions. Neutralizing a big patrol group is an amazing moment. Practicing TR3 tactic.

 

TR3 tactic (Advanced): using only one cigar or vine bottle.

I kind of agree because I always found it silly they called Training too xD

 

I don't think anyone plays the latest version of DP in order like a story anymore because of all the custom missions, so you should just skip to other levels, it's not really cheating in this mod.
So for example if you want to just play the harder versions of regular missions, then just skip to La Rochelle part 1 with password.

Personally I find the TR3 tactic tedious sometimes when you have to do it so much but that's just me

I recommend play 1.34 over 1.40, 1.40 had too many crash problems

1.40 seems to have some bugs to most new missions, maybe some missing animations, anyone can share this only??
