If you are trying to update from 3.0 launcher, then it wont even work. You need to download version 3.3 manually and install it in clean RA2YR directory.

There should be no updates because there are none available. Reinstall the mod.

There should be no updates because there are none available. Reinstall the mod.
I refer, reinstall Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge from scratch before reinstalling the mod.
