I have managed to get the steam exe's to work on other versions using a cracked steam_api.dll. The steam versions seem to be updated builds by merge games from the original so thought i'd upload them. To use just put the exe and steam_api.dll to your commandos folder (highly recommend you backup your old exe first by renaimg it), also the data.pck file of both is slightly bigger so can upload that too if anyone wants.
C2 steam exe differences (that i know of):
Has an extra option in resolution for 1280x720p (it will be listed as 1280x1024 if you use old data.pck but still will be 720p)
Multiplayer is turned off by default, to enable need to create a shortcut with command -multienable
Cheat code is PYROFOREVER instead of GONZOANDJON
It creates output folder in My Documents instead of game directory

C3 exe differences (that i know of):
Fixed pink colour bug and flickering on Windows 8 and 10, but still the train mission is broken (not sure if will need updated data.pck for this also because not tested)
