can anyone help i want want to play kanes wrath online when i log in its says im online the a pop up says cannot connect to kanes wrath al me acoount info is correct so whats the problem please help thanks

sorry buy i tried every thing u said im still getting same problem its still keeps saying cannot connect to kanes wrath online im using the origin version of the game i even sut off my anti virus to see if that would help but it didn't do u have any other ideas ? i also got an error message saying CA public key patching routine failed? i use windows 7 cnc3 works fine campaign skirmish modes just this problem
