I install all the needed files correctly but everytime I open mental omega client I only got black screen and its cursor. pls help

Change compatibility mode to windows XP service pack 3 for all MO related .exe files (YR.exe, MOclient, RA2.exe).

 

Only IF that didn't work then extract these files to your MO directory

If the link doesn't work I'll give you another, those are windows 10 compatibility files I used in darker times, when I had no way of running YR on my windows 10 laptop.

Pretty sure he can't do that, considering his CLIENT has the blackscreen.

Did you run it with Administrator right? (necessary for compatibility settings)
Also, you dod install this on different folder than your original RA2 installation right?

If still doesn't work, try posting your Client.log

I don't know much about computers and all but I can make some sense of this.

 

Some files are missing it doesn't change much because these lines were in my client.log also.

 

So here's my suggestion, do a clean install of YR, then install mental omega.

 

If that doesn't work I'll try and figure out more solutions for you.

And make sure it's patched AND not cracked.

 

Slightly related : Cracking/modifying/injecting virus on the game exe before patching makes it impossible to patch anyways

Your log seems to be clean. The only stated 'missing files' seem to be associated with Tiberian Sun ini files.

At first I need to know if this is a script or texture problem, Try clicking where the icons are supposed to be, do you hear a sound?

Do you happen to have CnCNet YR and MO installed in the same folder?
