so when i try to log in online in kanes wrath it is saying that this online id is already in use
but on the CNC online website
it is saying that i need to use Skulllock and xx password
online id already exists

The nick name Skulllock is reserved as an old gamespy name, so if you want to use it as your online ID you will need to reclaim it in the Member Management Forum. The pinned topics in that forum will tell you how to do that (just post the name and say which game you used it in).
It looks like you're already had other profiles on line, so you should be good to reclaim that one. I would do that for you now, but we need the post in that forum as a record.
